            [ A burst of pain runs through her veins when he lifts the injured leg and she holds back a scream of pain, biting into her lower lip until the bitter tang of copper fills her mouth. Averting her gaze, she turns her focus on him once more, the silence that hangs above them gives her time to slow her breaths and return her heartbeat to its normal pace. 

               She’s cautious to take his hand when its offered to her, still unsure of whether to trust him or not. She had no other choice — so she does so and slowly pulls herself up in a standing position once more, leaning majority of her weight on the good leg. ]

                                              ❝ There was a small bush area just south of here that could house us for the night. They won’t see us. ❞

           [ No sooner did the words leave her mouth was a rustling of leaves behind them ]

          [ It was a little unsettling to see someone in that much pain, even if the objective was for him to actually kill her. Hikaru helped her settled onto one leg, giving an almost absentminded nod as she made the statement about the bushes. 

             At least she had scouted out some sort of place. This was the only camp he’s held so far, but it was a good thing to move. Being in one place for too long would just lead to be found and there was no going down without fights. 

      The sound of the movement finally register with him. He slipped the sword from it’s sheath. This time the Tribute was a little more free with brandishing it. ]
